The past 2 weekends Ben and I were able to head down to Valdosta, GA to visit our friends. Valdosta is about 10 miles away from the Georgia/Florida border so we were definitely in the 'deep south'. We ate some yummy food, played with a very cute little girl, and just enjoyed our time there. For some sight seeing, we went to a lake/swamp and I can't remember the name of it, but it was very neat.

Then, we went to a place called the Cresent House and it was beautiful!
Ben and I were expecting a lot less of the place called Valdosta, but we were both very pleasantly surprised!
