This year for Valentine's Day, Ben and I were in Salt Lake for some family pictures! After the fun-filled hour of smiling so much our faces hurt, we decided it was time to go get some food. Thank goodness for Dave's brilliant idea to call in ahead of time and put our name on the list at Texas Roadhouse because when we got there it was PACKED! They told us it would be a 2 hour and 45 minute wait! WOW! The things people do for V-Day! So, since we had called ahead, we only had to wait for 30 minutes, which was still too long if you ask me. Those peanuts they have in the large barrels were a life saver! We enjoyed some good food with some great company! Although it wasn't your typical Valentine's Day celebration, it was really fun for all of us.

Texas Roadhouse is so yummy, but definately not work a 3 hour wait. That's crazy!
Looks like yet another fun weekend away from this freezing cold valley, though the long day of fake smiling for pictures isn't always the greatest! Here's a movie quote for you (nope, not Disney, can you believe it?!) "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go unscrew my smile!"

Hey! ya i'm glad i found your blog too! the other day i was in clints office at pinnacle, and ben walked by and thought i was you! i took it as a compliment!! So i'm glad we'll be close this summer! we'll definatly have to meet up. And hang out on the cruise together!!
I know I'm a bit late responding to this, but it sounds like your Valentine's Day was fun! I love Texas Roadhouse, but then again, I love anything with "Texas" in the name, I'm a little biased. :)
Yes! I told eric to figure out when the next game is and make it happen! I'm so glad you're with me on the addiction! We love to go to texas roadhouse too, but i have to be careful with those rolls!! Last time I only ate one! I was so proud of myself. haha!
