Superbowl Weekend

Our Super Bowl weekend included much more than a football game. It started on Friday evening. We decided to have a game night with Mandy and Patrick so after some Indiana Jones (Lego style) on the XBox, we played some speed Rummikub. Patrick decided to be funny and try on an old pair of my capris which happen to be bright pink. He looked so good in them, I could never bring myself to wear them again.Then, Saturday our nephew, Garrett was baptized so we took a little trip to Morgan for the event. That night after returning to Logan, we had some visitors come to our house. My sister (Cindi), her husband (Dave), and their new fur child (Rocky) came up for a visit. Buddy finally got to meet his newest cousin. He's a Miniature Pinscher, weighs in at a whopping 2 pounds, and is ADORABLE! Rocky & Buddy

We had a sleepover and attended a baby blessing the next morning. Our friends Andy and Carlie Carlsen blessed their baby Christian Steven Carlsen. This isn't a picture of his blessing day, but here he is! Isn't he a cutie?

Next stop, Ogden. Some of our friends Becky and Lance hosted a Super Bowl party at their house and a little place called Toad's. We got to see their cute apartment and meet the newest member of their family, Klaus. They now have 2 yorkies and they are so much fun! We relaxed and watched the game at their house and ventured over to Toad's for a little half time recreation. There was miniature golf and video games to be played! Even the dogs had a great time. Thanks to Becky and Lance for hosting such a great Super Bowl party!
